Common Issues and Solutions
Issue: Roll cage connections loosen after prolonged use.
Solution: This is caused by metal fatigue resulting from high-frequency resonance; it is recommended to check and tighten bolts weekly and install spring washers.
Issue: Excessive sparking at the carbon brushes.
Solution: Check for the ingress of fine stone dust. Clean carbon deposits from the commutator surface and replace with genuine, high-hardness carbon brushes.
Important Precautions
Strictly prohibit operation without the roll cage installed or when the cage is severely deformed to prevent the motor housing from cracking due to direct impact.
Do not spray water directly into the motor air intake after get off work.
