Electric Vibrator Motors: The Quiet Force Behind Concrete That Lasts A poker vibrator is only ever as good as the motor turning it. Here is how frequency, coupling and shaft choices decide whether a pour comes out dense, or full of voids nobody sees until the formwork comes off. Concrete looks solid the moment it leav...

READ MORENingbo Tongque Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., operating under the FLONPRO brand, is an export-focused Cordless Impact Wrench manufacturer with 15 years of experience in corded and cordless power tools. We design, assemble and test the range in our 10,000 sq.m. facility near Ningbo and Shanghai ports in China, with annual exports between US$5 million and US$10 million. Our line is built for jobs that demand breakaway torque without air hoses or cords: automotive workshops, equipment maintenance, industrial bolting and structural steel work.
Within our Power Tools range, the cordless impact wrench family is arranged around drive size and torque class. The 350 N.m compact models are for vehicle service and general maintenance; 470 N.m dual-purpose models handle mixed shop work; 600 to 700 N.m brushless models are aimed at professional fastening; and 1000 to 1300 N.m models deliver breakaway force for rusted bolts, heavy equipment and steel framing. For crews that switch between socket sizes, we also offer 1/2-inch plus 3/4-inch dual-drive industrial variants.
| Drive / anvil | Torque class | Intended working position |
|---|---|---|
| 1/2-inch square | 350 N.m | Vehicle lug nuts, auto repair and accessible fasteners |
| 1/2-inch square | 470 N.m | Dual-purpose shop maintenance and mid-torque bolting |
| 1/2-inch square | 600 N.m | High-velocity fastening, production and service work |
| 1/2-inch square | 700 N.m | Professional bolting and equipment assembly |
| 1/2-inch square | 1000 N.m max | High-torque industrial bolting and heavy equipment |
| 1/2-inch square | 1300 N.m | Maximum breakaway, rusted bolts and structural steel |
| 1/2-inch + 3/4-inch | Heavy industrial class | Dual-size socket use for structural and industrial jobs |
If your project is centred on screw-driving and smaller fasteners, our Cordless Impact Driver range is a better starting point; for wood and metal drilling, the Cordless Impact Drill fills that role. The impact wrench family is deliberately kept separate so each tool is specified for its real fastener duty.
Fastener size and grade are the first data we ask for. A corroded M16 structural bolt behaves differently from a dry M10 assembly bolt, and the same wrench can be right for one job and wrong for another. For wheel work, compact length and controlled breakaway matter more than peak torque; for flange bolting, sustained impact force and socket retention become the priority.
Breakaway torque is the force required to loosen a fastener, while fastening torque is the controlled tightening value. Both influence model selection. The 1300 N.m class is not needed for every automotive bay, but it is the right starting point for heavy equipment, steel erection and large corroded fasteners. For mixed fleets, we often propose two torque classes so crews use a lighter tool for service work and a heavier tool for breakaway.
Runtime and throughput are part of the same discussion. A service bay removing 200 lug nuts per shift needs a battery platform sized for sustained use, while a construction crew doing occasional structural bolts may be better served by a lighter kit with fewer batteries. We use that information to balance tool weight, battery count and charger configuration in the proposal.
We configure each project around the fastening task rather than a single one-size-fits-all specification. The main variables are breakaway torque, fastening torque, drive size, impact rate, speed, tool length and weight. Brushless motor models are concentrated in the professional and industrial portion of the range, where runtime and lower maintenance matter most.
For production and assembly-line use, brushless electronics give the control needed for repeatable fastening. For distributor programs, the same core tool can be configured as a bare unit or a full kit so your stock keeps a sensible price ladder.
We implement quality control from raw material input to finished product inspection. Raw materials, motor windings, gears, anvil steel and battery packs are checked as they enter production; subassemblies are checked before final assembly; finished tools are tested for operation, torque response and runtime. Final inspection follows customer requirements and international standards, including CE and other safety requirements for export markets.
For OEM programs, we agree on inspection points before mass production, including sample testing, torque verification and packing checks. Our 15 years of production experience and 10,000 sq.m. factory keep the manufacturing flow under our control, which supports repeatability across large orders.
Impact wrenches transmit high shock loads, so tool balance and grip geometry affect both safety and fatigue. Operator safety starts with the right socket and a securely retained anvil. For export orders we confirm the safety-related details of the final configuration: battery latch, switch behaviour, and any required marking for the destination market.
Because these tools are used in automotive pits, outdoor construction sites and industrial plants, we keep the housing layout practical for gloved use and keep the centre of gravity as close to the hand as the battery platform allows. The final specifications, including weight, length and recommended socket type, are listed in the technical drawing we send with the quotation.
OEM and ODM services are part of our standard workflow. We adapt cordless impact wrenches to your brand's colour, logo, packaging and specification, and we can adjust kit contents or control details to fit a particular market or application. Because we manufacture across the broader power tool category, distributors can combine impact wrenches with related tools in one shipment and one quality system.
Custom development is not limited to colour and printing. We can evaluate changes to the battery interface, switch layout, auxiliary handle options and socket storage to meet a specific distribution channel. Every modification is documented before production so the final product matches the agreed sample.
To prepare an accurate proposal, send the job profile and target quantity. The list below is the information that shapes our configuration and quotation.
Cordless impact wrenches do not need air-line installation, but they do need a planned charging setup. For shops with several tools, we recommend a battery fleet with matching chargers so the same pack fits multiple FLONPRO tools. Before production we confirm whether the delivery should include batteries, chargers, cases and socket rails.
The most service-prone areas are the anvil, impact mechanism and switch. We keep the housing layout practical for service access, and after-sales coordinates spare parts with distributors. Regular cleaning of the anvil area and keeping battery contacts free of debris extends service life.
Our location in Ningbo, close to Ningbo and Shanghai ports, keeps export logistics direct. We ship under FOB, CIF, CFR or EXW and will coordinate with your forwarder for local delivery and loading; if you prefer, our logistics partners arrange sea, air or express freight. The same team that prepares the configuration stays involved after delivery, coordinating spare parts and service support for the impact mechanism, switch and battery interface.
Our catalogue spans compact 350 N.m models through 1300 N.m industrial models, with 1/2-inch, 3/4-inch and dual-drive configurations. We use the fastener size, bolt grade and working environment to select the closest model before quoting.
Yes, we provide OEM and ODM services. We customise colour, logo, packaging and labelling, and for larger programs we can adapt controls, accessories and specification details to your market.
1/2-inch is the common choice for lugs, suspension and general industrial bolting. 3/4-inch or dual-drive suits heavy structural work and larger fasteners where sockets are bigger and longer-reach sets are needed. If you are unsure, send the fastener list and we will match the drive size.
Every process is inspected during production, and finished tools receive final inspection to customer requirements and international standards. For OEM programs we agree on specific inspection points, sample testing and packing checks before shipment.
Each model can be quoted as a bare tool, with a battery and charger kit, or with a selected accessory set. The battery platform and voltage are confirmed in the proposal so replacement batteries remain consistent across your fleet.
We need the fastener application, torque requirement or bolt size, drive size, target quantity, branding requirements and destination country. With those details we prepare a configuration, product drawing and delivery terms.
